Accessible stretches are designed to help the body stretch out of desk mode, enhance clarity and focus. Pure Soul provides all mats and props for this 45-minute session. Stretch through hip, back, shoulder and neck tension to get your work week off to a great start! 

Every Monday from 12-12:45pm. Members of the Lakefront at Keystone Campus receive every other session FREE as your corporate wellness amenity.
