Paddle Board Yoga at The Shore
Explore the Pure Soul Vibes: Learn to Stand Up Paddle before starting our yoga flow. Building balance with postures that take you from sitting down, kneeling, standing to who knows… doing a headstand. All paddleboard and safety equipment are provided during this 90-minute session. No previous paddle board or yoga skills required. Each posture gives you the option to challenge yourself as much or little as you prefer, with pictures included to celebrate your experience.
Every Tuesday from 5:30-7pm or Saturday from 10:30-12pm
