Cardio Paddle Boarding at The Shore

Use this session your way; learn to paddle with full body engagement while stopping to float and relax along the way. All paddleboard and safety equipment are provided during this 60-minute session. Pure Soul offers tips and tricks on land before coaching your technique on the water.  With picture included to celebrate your empowered bliss, this is a great beginner session!
